Production Processes for LED Neon Flex Lights?
LED Strip and Silicone Integrated Extrusion
Step 1: Mixing Silicone The process commences with the preparation of the silicone compound, ensuring the perfect blend of materials for optimal performance and durability.
Step 2: LED Strip Preparation Rolling LED strips are meticulously positioned on the payoff frame. These LED strips undergo precise adjustment and sequencing through an adjustment table.
Step 3: Extrusion Process The LED strip and silicone embark on their journey through pre-assembled dies, a crucial component of the process. Activating the electronic control box initiates the machine, gently wrapping the silicone layer around the LED strip.
Step 4: Vulcanization and Shaping The silicone-coated LED strip proceeds to the vulcanizing oven, where controlled temperature conditions ensure gradual vulcanization and shaping of the product. A balanced temperature prevents any harm to the delicate LED beads. Post-vulcanization, the LED Neon Flex is guided out of the oven by a tractor, having undergone its transformative journey.
